What about my Needs?

I have an existing website that I want "converted" to your CMS system. Can you do this?

On site of your website layout and content, we will be able to determine if this is possible for your site. As our CMS uses certain server software, layouts might need to change according to what works best with our technologies.

I have designed my website / a few websites in PSD format, can you convert this into a DNN skin for me?

FailSafe is not a PSD to HTML company. Though this is perfectly within out capabilities, we prefer clients use our team for their website designs - this ensures that we have both creative and technical control of the site. Requests for this service are handled on a case-for-case basis.

How do you cost your websites?

We offer three packages:

One the most frequently asked questions is why should we use FailSafe rather than one of the many other providers that are around. The short answer is this: Go to co.za Domain Registrar and type in the name of the providers domain on the WhoIs. If that provider has been around less than 5 years the chances are that you will not have a good experience. There are many providers who offer WebSite Hosting for R99 or R200 or whatever sounds like a good price. What they cannot do is provide the names of any Customers who have been with them for 5 or 10 or as in our case 15 years. These providers do indeed offer hosting for the price that they advertise but in order to continue to provide your service they will have to charge for every hour that they spend on your system. If not they will soon be out of business and where will that leave you? Looking for another Provider is where. We allow our clients to make the changes to their sites using a very friendly user-interface. They can add, delete, change and in most cases specify the dates on which the pages / articles are published and expired. Only if the client does not have time do we get involved and we then charge for the service. Hopefully the feedback from the site will keep our clients busy and they will not have time to do everything themselves. We are not shy to say we make a profit from our clients, that's business. What we do is allow our clients to grow at their own rate. We ensure that their Internet presence has a positive effect on their business and then in turn our clients ensure that FailSafe grows with them.
